Replace the radiator cooling fan assembly on a 2000-2002 Lincoln Town Car.

- Socket extensions
- Flat blade screwdriver
- 8mm socket

Steps
- Remove the old fan
Disconnect its wiring lead with a screwdriver, remove its two 8mm bolts, remove the coolant bottle's single 8mm bolt and pull the bottle aside, then walk the fan toward the passenger side and up, down toward the engine to clear the radiator hose hook, and lift it out.
- Install the new fan
Hang the radiator hose hook on the new fan, slide it into place lining up its tabs and the hose hook, refit the coolant bottle and its bolt, secure the fan's two 8mm bolts, then reconnect the wiring harness.
