How to Replace Headlight Bulbs 11-16 Subaru Impreza

Replace the high beam, low beam and parking light bulbs on a 2011-2016 Subaru Impreza.
Tools you will need
- Flat blade screwdriver
- Needle-nose pliers
Parts and supplies
- High beam bulb
- Low beam bulb
- Parking light bulb
Steps
- Replace the high beam
Disconnect its wiring harness, twist the bulb's base counterclockwise, remove it, fit the new bulb, twist clockwise, then reconnect the harness.
- Replace the low beam
Disconnect the harness, twist the bulb counterclockwise and remove it, fit the new bulb lining up its tab with the housing, twist clockwise, then reconnect the harness.
- Replace the parking light bulb
Pry the cover's clips loose with a screwdriver and remove it, twist the bulb counterclockwise and remove it, fit the new bulb lining up its tab, twist clockwise, confirm the socket sits in horizontally, then refit the cover and press its clips back in.
