- 10mm socket
- 10mm wrench
- Adjustable wrench

Steps
- Move the intake tube out of the way
Remove the throttle body cover's Phillips screws and single 7mm bolt, loosen the two intake hose clamps, then pull the tube free.
- Remove the fan and shroud
Tension the serpentine belt with a 3/8 inch drive ratchet on the tensioner to hold the pulley still, remove the 36mm fan clutch nut, take out the water pump pulley's two 10mm bolts and the shroud's two 10mm bolts, then lift the fan and shroud out together.
- Separate the fan from the clutch
Remove the fan's mounting bolts and lift it off the old clutch.
- Install the new clutch
Fit the fan onto the new clutch, torquing its mounting bolts to about 15 ft-lb in a crossing pattern.
- Reinstall the fan and shroud
Set the shroud back into place, thread the 36mm clutch nut on a couple of turns by hand, refit the shroud's two 10mm bolts, then use the tensioner trick again to hold the pulley while fully tightening the clutch nut and the water pump pulley bolts.
- Reinstall the intake tube
Fit the tube back in, tighten its hose clamps, reconnect the breather hose, then refit the throttle body cover and its fasteners.
