Steps
- Drain the old coolant
Prop the hood, raise and support the car, position a drain bucket, open the radiator drain plug and let it fully drain, then tighten the plug and clean up the area.
- Refill and bleed the system
Set a funnel in the radiator and fill with the correct coolant, start the engine and let trapped air bubble out through the funnel, topping off whenever the level drops, then once it's bled, fit the radiator cap and restart the engine to confirm the level holds steady.
