How to Replace Headlight 98-00 Toyota Sienna

Replace a headlight bulb or the full headlight and parking light assemblies on a 1998-2000 Toyota Sienna.
Tools you will need
- Phillips head screwdriver
- 10mm socket
- Ratchet
Parts and supplies
- Headlight bulb
- Headlight assembly
- Parking light
Steps
- Swap just a bulb if needed
Reach behind the headlight, disconnect the harness, pull back the rubber boot, unclip the wire harness, then remove the bulb and reverse the steps to install the new one.
- Remove the parking light
Remove its Phillips screw, pull it out, then disconnect its harness and bulbs.
- Remove the old headlight
Disconnect its wiring harness, remove its two 10mm bolts and one 10mm nut, then pull it out.
- Install the new assembly
Preliminarily match the adjuster screws to the old assembly for aim, plug in the harness, then bolt the headlight in.
- Reinstall the parking light
Plug in its bulb and harness, then seat it and bolt it in with the Phillips screw.
