How to Replace Cabin Air Filter 01-05 Honda Civic

Replace the dual cabin air filters behind the glove box on a 2001-2005 Honda Civic.

Steps

1. Remove the glove box

   Open it, pull its stops free, then pull the box out.

2. Remove the old filters

   Pull off the filter door, pull out the outer filter, then slide the inner filter aside and pull it out too.

3. Fit the new filters

   Slide the inner filter in and over to the side, slide the outer filter in, then push the door back on.

4. Reinstall the glove box

   Put it back in place and push its two stops back in.
