How to Replace Spark Plugs 01-10 Toyota Highlander

Replace the spark plugs on a 2001-2010 Toyota Highlander.
Tools you will need
- Socket extensions
- Torque wrench
- 5/8 inch spark plug socket
- 10mm socket
- Ratchet

Steps
- Remove the ignition coil
Remove the engine cover's two 10mm nuts and lift it off, remove the coil's single 10mm bolt, disconnect its harness, then remove the coil.
- Remove the old spark plug
Unscrew it with a 5/8 inch socket.
- Install the new spark plug
Insert it into the socket and tighten it in.
- Reinstall the ignition coil
Insert it, tighten its 10mm bolt, reconnect its harness, then refit the engine cover and its two 10mm bolts.
