Steps
- Pull the battery for testing
Disconnect the negative cable with a 10mm wrench, then the positive cable, remove the 13mm mounting bolt and the battery mount, and lift the battery out to bench test or load test it.
- Reinstall it (or the replacement)
Set the battery back on its tray, refit the mount and its 13mm bolt, then reconnect the positive cable before the negative cable.
