How to Replace Headlight 97-03 Pontiac Grand Prix

Replace the headlight assembly, transferring the parking light over, on a 1997-2003 Pontiac Grand Prix.
Tools you will need
- Phillips head screwdriver
- 10mm socket
- Ratchet
- Needle-nose pliers

- Headlight assembly
Steps
- Remove the old headlight assembly
Unbolt its two 10mm bolts, slide it to the side and out, then disconnect its bulbs and wiring harness.
- Transfer the parking light and bulbs to the new assembly
Remove the screw holding the parking light on each assembly, move the parking light and its wiring to the new headlight, then reinstall its screw.
- Install the new assembly
Reconnect the wiring harness, line up the mounting tabs, bolt it in with the 10mm bolts, then close the hood.
